Found by people, and by AI assistants.

Search is changing: people ask Google, Bing, ChatGPT and voice assistants, and the answers come from websites that are clear, fast and consistent. Every PixenForge site is built that way, and every new site includes 3 months of visibility work from launch, with nothing to continue unless you want to.

SEO, GEO and AEO in plain English

Every site follows sensible search and AI-discovery practice, and every new website includes 3 months of content and monitoring from launch. Carrying on afterwards is optional: plans are rolling monthly with no contract, with weekly content on the Business and Growth plans.

SEOSearch engine optimisation

Helping Google and Bing understand your pages: clean structure, fast loading, proper titles and descriptions, local business details done right.

GEOGenerative engine optimisation

Making your business facts clear and consistent so AI-powered search experiences can read and summarise them accurately.

AEOAnswer engine optimisation

Answering the questions your customers actually ask, in plain language on your site, so assistants and search engines can quote you.

Nobody can guarantee rankings, traffic, or a mention in an AI answer. What we can do is give your site the best possible chance, and report plainly on what we've done.

Built into every site

  • Clean page structure with one clear heading per page and sensible internal links.
  • Unique titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and correct indexing settings at launch.
  • Structured data describing your business, services and answers to common questions.
  • Fast loading on mobile, with images sized and compressed properly.
  • Consistent business facts (name, location, services, hours) so search engines and AI systems can read them accurately.
  • Google Business Profile guidance for local businesses.

The included 3 months

From the day your site goes live, you get three months of our Starter Search plan at no cost: two pieces of content a month drafted for your approval (a post, a Business Profile post, a set of FAQ answers, a project page or a service page, whichever suits your business), a weekly Search Console check that fixes anything Google flags and gets new pages indexed, and a monthly report. When the three months end, it simply stops unless you ask to continue. No contract, no automatic charge.

Regular, useful content is what moves a new site: each piece is one more question your business can be found for. Everything is researched and drafted with our own tools and systems, checked by us and approved by you before it goes live. Competitive or multi-location markets need more than a monthly plan; if that is you, we will say so and quote properly rather than over-promise.

No blog? That’s fine.

Not every business suits a blog. A locksmith’s customers search once, in a hurry. A café’s customers want hours, menus and photos. A solicitor needs every public word checked. Our plans count pieces of content, not blog posts, so we agree a mix that fits how your customers actually find you.

Trades and installers

Project pages with before-and-after photos, a page for each service and each area you genuinely cover, answered customer questions, and Business Profile posts. Proof, not articles.

Shops, cafés and salons

Google Business Profile posts, photos and Q&A, seasonal updates to hours, menus and offers, a review request flow, and answered questions on your site. The map listing does the heavy lifting.

Professional and regulated services

Fewer, better pages with your sign-off: one for each service, evergreen guides on what things cost and how to choose, and FAQ answers that AI assistants can quote. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Visibility plans are rolling monthly with no annual contract and no minimum term. The mix of content is agreed with you at the start and can change any time: businesses that do not suit a blog get Business Profile posts, FAQ answers, project pages and service pages instead. Everything is drafted for your approval and nothing is published without it. Link building, paid ads and multi-location campaigns are quoted separately. Nobody can guarantee rankings, traffic or a mention in an AI answer; we report plainly on what we did and what Google's own data shows.

Questions about search and AI visibility

How much does a website cost?

Our websites start at £399 for a three-page Starter site, £699 for a seven-page Business site and £1,299 for a twelve-page Premium site. Every price includes a bespoke design, 12 months of hosting and 3 months of search visibility work. Online shops, bookings and other custom work are quoted separately.

What is included in the hosting?

UK-managed WordPress hosting with an SSL certificate, daily backups kept by the host, uptime monitoring and the security updates the hosting platform applies. Content changes, plugin troubleshooting and design work are not hosting; they belong to a care plan or pay-as-you-go work.

Why is the first year of hosting included?

Because a new website should not come with a surprise second invoice. The first 12 months are built into the package price so you can launch and settle in without thinking about hosting.

What happens after the first year?

Hosting renews at £99 a year. We remind you well before it is due. If you would rather host elsewhere, we hand over a full copy of your site at no charge.

What is the 3 months of search visibility work?

Every new website includes three months of our Starter Search plan from launch: two pieces of content a month (a post, a Business Profile post, a set of FAQ answers, a project page or a service page, whichever suits your business) drafted for your approval, a weekly Search Console check with fixes for anything Google flags, and a monthly report. There is no obligation to continue afterwards. If you want to carry on, plans are rolling monthly with no contract, and the Business and Growth plans move to one piece a week.

Who writes the content?

We research and draft it using our own tools and systems, check every piece, and you approve each one before it goes live. Nothing is published without your say-so, and everything is written to answer a real question your customers ask.

What if my business doesn't suit a blog?

Many don’t, and that’s fine. A locksmith, a café or a solicitor is better served by Google Business Profile posts, answered customer questions on the right pages, project or case-study pages, and a proper page for each service and area. Our plans count pieces of content, not blog posts, so we agree a mix that suits your business at the start and change it whenever you like.

Can I edit my own website?

Yes. Your site is built on WordPress with the standard block editor, and we show you how to change text, images and pages at handover. Prices, packages and contact details on this site are edited the same way.

Is my website mobile friendly?

Every site is designed for phones first and checked on phone, tablet and desktop sizes before launch.

Do I own my website?

Yes. On final payment the design and content we produced for you are yours, your domain is registered in your name, and WordPress itself is open-source software. Our written terms set this out.

Can I move my website elsewhere?

Yes, at any time. We provide a full export of files and database on request at no charge, and there is no exit fee.

What is SEO?

Search engine optimisation: making your site easy for Google and Bing to understand and worth showing to people searching for what you do. We build sensible foundations into every site; ongoing content and monitoring is an optional rolling plan.

What are GEO and AEO?

Generative engine optimisation (GEO) means keeping your business facts clear and consistent so AI-powered search can read and summarise them accurately. Answer engine optimisation (AEO) means answering the questions customers actually ask, in plain language on your site. Neither guarantees a mention in an AI answer.

How long does it take to build a website?

It depends on the package and how quickly content arrives. We agree a timescale with you in writing at the start of every project rather than promising a number here.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

We read it, usually reply within two working days with any questions, and send a written quote. There is no obligation and nothing is charged until you accept the quote and pay the deposit.

What is included in a care plan?

Daily off-site backups on every option, including pay as you go. Plans add updates, monitoring and, on Business and Premium, a stated amount of content-change time each month. Plans are rolling monthly with no annual contract. If you would rather not have a plan, pay-as-you-go work is available at £45 an hour.

Do you provide business email?

We set up professional email at your own domain through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The mailbox subscription is billed by the provider; we quote the set-up separately.

Ask about visibility for your business.

Send a few details and we will come back with a written quote, usually with a couple of questions first. No pressure, no obligation.
